Orders & cut-off. Orders and subscription changes made before 9:00 PM IST apply to the next morning's delivery; later changes apply from the following day. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with traffic and weather.

Subscriptions. No lock-ins. Pause, resume, change quantity, address or schedule anytime from your account, subject to the cut-off above. Prices may change with prior notice; active subscription days already generated are billed at the price at generation time.

Payments. Currently collect-on-delivery (UPI/cash) or monthly billing for subscribers. Invoices for B2B customers include GST.

Freshness & refunds. Report any quality issue within 24 hours for a same-day replacement or full credit. Unused subscription balances are refunded in full on cancellation.

Service area. Delivery is available only in listed pincodes. We may decline or cancel orders outside the service area or in case of suspected misuse.
