What we collect. Your name, phone number, delivery address and order history — the minimum needed to deliver fresh milk to your door. PIN-code checks are logged (with the PIN and an anonymised IP) so we know where to expand next.

How we use it. To fulfil orders and subscriptions, send one-time login codes (OTP) and delivery updates, and improve our service areas. We never sell your data, and we only message you about your orders unless you opt in to offers.

Storage & security. Data is stored on Microsoft Azure in encrypted databases with role-restricted access. OTP codes are stored only as one-way hashes.

Your rights. Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete your data — one message on WhatsApp or email is enough. Deleting your account removes your personal details; order records are retained in anonymised form as required for accounting.
